Founded by A.F. Krueger in 1941, KI began as Krueger Metal Products in Aurora, Illinois. One steel press and twenty-five employees created simple folding chairs from excess metal that Krueger obtained from the steel companies. The folding chairs were sold for $2.00 each (dealer price). In 1945, Krueger moved its headquarters to Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Through the next three decades, Krueger Metal Products continued to grow in size, both in employee numbers and folding chairs. In 1964, the Tupelo, Mississippi plant was established. By 1967, Krueger Metal Products was the world’s largest folding chair and table manufacturer. A new Green Bay plant and corporate headquarters were built in 1972. By the end of the 70’s, Krueger Metal had entered the contract furniture market. In 1983, the company became Krueger, Inc. and in 1984 the Manitowoc, Wisconsin plant was established. In 1986, the international division was established. Krueger, Inc. became the first and only 100 percent employee owned furniture manufacturer in 1987. Combining the commercial and contract furniture divisions, Krueger, Inc. becoming Krueger International and establishing itself as KI, in 1988. In addition, Pallas Textiles was established as a wholly owned subsidiary.
In 1992, the Pembroke, Ontario plant opened and in 1994, KI became the first 100 percent ISO 9000 certified furniture manufacturer. By 1998, KI-High Point and Spacesaver were acquired and the Bonduel, Wisconsin and Pontotoc, Mississippi plants were established.

DataLink training tables are a smart choice for any type of learning environment - from interactive to flexible. Its chameleon-like design (wedges, ganging, folding optons and caster options) makes reconfiguration simple.
Support a variety of learning techniques by using the same tables in different configurations. DataLink tables fold easily. The integral wire trough assembly folds with the table, keeping everything in place. The legs fold over the wire trough and are secured by two leg locks.
The folded profile is a modest 7 inches. Two handles incorporated into each training table facilitate transport. So, you can bring tables in or out from one session to another as needed. Technology and power are absolute necessities for training environments. DataLink tables offer non-powered,
PowerUp/Activ8, 10-wire/6-circuit (UL listed for entire table) or hard-wired options. The beam and wire trough assembly provides free access to the leg's wireway as well as to adjoining tables without threading the wires. An optional data cover provides metal separation of power and data.
Dual-channel leg wireways provide separate channels for power and data. When the wireway door is closed, all you notice is the elegant leg. The training table surface provides power access with grommets or PowerUp plug-in modules. Or, cords can simply drape over the back of the table into the beam anywhere along the training table.
DataLink training tables are the epitome of fluid design. The graceful leg line remains consistent whether you choose fixed-leg or folding-leg tables, while the beam's shape complements the leg and doubles as a modesty panel. Create incredible learning spaces with DataLink training table's variety of shapes, sizes and finish choices.
